  12. animation using Borland C++ 4.5 and OWL. They encompass the whole
  13. process of using Windows' graphics capabilities, encapsulating it all
  14. into OWL compatible C++ classes. It covers using the palette, WinG,
  15. DIBs, Bitmaps, Off screen buffers, Transparency and a lot of other
  16. cool stuff. If you want to do serious animation, or just want to learn
